Guidelines : Art
We're looking for morbid graphic and digital art. We want pieces that are strange, macabre, and fit with the overall theme of our magazine. We purchase more black and white than color but we're also interested in color for future cover art. Keys to seeing your artwork in Necrography are quality, presentation, and eeriness.

  • We buy one-time use rights (both print and e-zine) and online publishing rights (specifically, use on the Necrography website).
  • We prefer black and white submissions but will consider color (especially for cover art).
  • Artwork should not be watermarked.
  • We pay for work on acceptance and publish anywhere from 1 to 12 months after acceptance.
  • Credit is granted unless artist requests anonymity.
  • Payment for artwork is from $5.00 to $20.00 USD per piece.
  • Contributor receives one copy of Necrography when the submission is published.
